Last summer my dream Europe trip came to life! We started in London and then flew to Barcelona to board on a European Cruise to some amazing places and it was everything I could've dreamed of. This was the first time I have been back to Europe since we lived there when I was little so it was so fun! I am going to show our itinerary and some fun things we were able to do on the cruise and places we got to see!
Day 1
We started our big Europe trip by flying into London for a few days. After a super long flight where I could not sleep at all...we finally landed around noon London time and it was time to put this trip in full swing!
We stayed at the St Ermins which is to this day one of my favorite hotels. It is gorgeous and so cozy. First thing I have to do whenever I get somewhere is fully unpack...I have to have everything out and organized or else I get stressed out lol.

After unpacking and getting settled in we took a walk around to get our bearings and stopped at a pub for a quick drink after a long travel day!
Then it was time to hit all of the major tourist spots.. our hotel was walking distance to everything which was AMAZZINNGGGG. We went to big ben, the london eye, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace!
We crashed pretty soon after that and had a great nights sleep to get ready for day 2!!
Day 2:
We started the day with some much needed coffee and a little more sight seeing by the hotel. After that we hopped in an uber and went over to Borough Market which was SO COOL. I had seen so many tik toks of it so was very excited to see it in person and it lived up to the hype.
Spent all day walking around and pub hopping. Later that night ended up at Oneils pub which felt like I was back in America but was so much fun. A ton of study abroad college kids and we felt right at home lol.
Day 3:
We checked out of the hotel in London and headed towards the country side to visit where we used to live in Surrey, England. We checked into the cutest little hotel and I can fully say I would move to the country side of England in a heartbeat.
After getting settled we were headed out to go visit our old fav spots! We went and saw the old house we lived in, and the school we went to back in the day! It was so surreal to be back after 15+ years. After a long day of going down memory lane we ate dinner at the restaurant across the street and then had a much needed good nights sleep!
Day 4:
We woke up recharged and ready to go and headed over to Windsor! I was super excited about this because unlike a lot of things, I actually vividly remember this area from living here so I was pumped to see it again. We toured the castle and then stopped into a pub for a drink! So much history here and it was so cool to see it again as an adult.
After another long but amazing day we went to dinner and then went back to the hotel for our last night before heading to the airport the next morning!
Day 5:
BARCELONA TIME!!! We woke up sad to leave where we used to call home, but excited to head to Spain to meet the rest of our family for the cruise! We flew into Barcelona, checked into our hotel and immediately met the rest of our huge crew for some Tapas, Aperol Spritz, and more sight seeing!
We did some sight seeing and then went out to the yummiest dinner that consisted of lots of wine, sangria, and tapas!
Time for bed to get ready for the CRUISE the next day!!!.....The real trip has barely even started lol...
Day 6:
We headed to the port to finally board our cruise! We had 16 people in our group so it was hilarious watching us all get in cars to get there. We did also have the obnoxious American shirts made for all of us but it had to be done. We made it, got settled in, got our bearings of the boat, had our first dinner and mainly just chilled the first night!
Day 7:
Our first stop on the cruise Was Cannes, France. We spent the day walking around and shopping before we found an adorable beach club that we ate lunch at and spent the rest of the day at until we had to get back on the boat!
We got back on the boat at the end of the day and had dinner and just hung out for the rest of the night :)
Day 8:
Our second stop was Pisa/Tuscany Italy! We got off the boat and had a big van drive us over to go see the leaning tower of Pisa. We didn't spend too much time there just got out and took some pics because after that he was driving us to a winery in Tuscany where we would do a wine tasting and lunch!
Left Pisa and headed over to the winery where our friend Mac was proposing to his girlfriend. All of us knew except for her so it was so hard to keep the secret but we did it. We did a walking tour of the winery and then he proposed at the end!! We took lots of pics and then did a tasting with lunch in a private room after. My fiance proposed the month before so the guys felt like their wallet picture was mandatory lol
After the winery we went over to San Gimignano and walked around, shopped and got some gelato. The cutest little town. We got to spend the night here instead of going back on the boat so we stayed in this adorable Italian villa that was the highlight of our stay. We got there and got to chill at the pool with drinks and snacks and just have a super low key night in the most beautiful atmosphere. We all agreed this was our favorite night.
Day 9:
We woke up in Tuscany and headed over to Florence for a little before getting back on the boat! We were all exhausted but there was still so much to see! We ate lunch at a super yummy restaurant and then headed back to the boat! We had the best tour guides/drivers that were with us the whole time in Tuscany/Florence/Pisa so we had to get a pic with them at the end!
Day 10:
The next stop was Rome! We had another AMAZING driver/tour guide that let us sing karaoke in the car and was so much fun. Lots of history this day and we were able to get so much in it was exhausting but so much fun!
After a long day we headed back to the boat again for the nightly festivities. We had dinner and then spent the rest of the night at the karaoke bar on the ship!
Day 11:
We woke up the most exhausted we had all been this day (surely it had to do with the long night at the karaoke bar) but were ready to go nonetheless. We hopped in a car and headed to Positano/Sorrento! We walked around the town for a while, stopped for lunch and drinks and then headed to another winery!
We got back on the boat and ended the night with hibachi and the casino on board!
Day 12:
Arguably my favorite day of my life..no exaggeration. We arrived in Palma Mallorca, Spain and had a booze cruise set up for us when we got off the cruise ship. We walked around for a little bit until it was time for our cruise! This was the coolest experience ever and we had so much fun. We got to ride around and then stop for a little and swim into caves and relax on the water. All of the boys also showed up in matching outfits that they didnt tell anyone else about lol..
Day 13:
Our last port was a very cool one...Ibiza!! We got off the boat and went straight to a beach club. One thing about Ibiza is you will not find a lack of clubs. We parked it here all day and just stayed on the day beds with drinks and food all day!
That concludes the best trip of my life!! We had our last night on the boat and then said our goodbyes to Europe. I dont think I will ever be able to top this trip it was one for the books!
This looks like a DREAM!!!
